Hi,
If you need to create picking/delivery order from the invoice, you can use any of the available free modules from the odoo app store, one such module is this: Stock Picking From Invoice
Other than the above, if these long process of sale seems difficult for you, you can try using the odoo point of sale or you can use the automation modules in the odoo sales for auto creating the picking/invoice and auto validating of it. See: Sale Order Automation

this is working exactly as I want :)
In the warehouse, I checked the check boxes for is Delivery Set to Done, Create Invoice and Validate invoice
Now when I conform the Quotation it doe everything in a single step
Thanks you saved me a hell of a time
The only issue with Sales Order Automation is that it is on the warehouse level, so any quotation based on that warehouse will be posted automatically,
I wish if it was on the Quotation level, i.e I can determine if this is direct sale or not
